Picasso and Dissociation
Six Paintings, One Concept
We could make this publication thanks to small donations. How is 3 minutos de arte supported?
Dissociation occurs when a figure is shown from several points of view simultaneously. Therefore, the different elements that make up that figure appear dispersed (dissociated, disunited). There is not a natural outline of the silhouette.
This is why a certain style of painting where this resource is used is called "Picasso style," since it is a sort of "trademark" of the artist.
